Ryan Pursley did a wonderful job. He took excellent care of me. I told him the reason I didn't stop in earlier that day was because when I got out of work ,I first went to Mike Pruit and I sat there for an hour while Troy Larkins was trying to locate a vehicle I wanted to buy. They couldn't find it so they said it was probably sold . Then he wanted to show me other types of vehicles that I had no interest in .So my fiancee and I walked out and went to Park Auto group. The guys stayed over time and processed my paperwork , showed me the new models and was so polite. I highly recommend Park Auto Group. I even posted my Honda Fit on Facebook.

"I want to express to you how well I was treated"

I recently had an exceptional experience with one of your employees, Mike Detorakis, from your finance department.
I purchased my 2005 Honda CRV in November, 2013 at which time I purchased an extended warrenty from Mike Detorakis.  August, 2014 the rear break caliper siezed causing the break pads on both sides needing  to be replaced.  When I  found out the warrenty was only going to cover the caliper, I called Mike questioning this.  He told me he would check into this.  Today, I spoke with Mike and he  explained that because of  the way the invoice was written, the extra amount I had to pay would not be covered by warrenty, but that a check would be issued to me by the Park Honda Group because they want me to be a "happy customer".
I want to express to you how well I was treated by Mike Detorakis regarding this matter.  He treated me with respect, concern, and followed up on all my needs.  I was totally amazed to be treated so well, especially in the fast pace world we live in.
The only reason I had the repair done at another Honda dealer is that I live in Lordstown, Ohio and coming to Park Honda Group is a further drive for me.  I certainly may reconsider the drive and come to you for all my future needs.
My sister and her husband have always purchased their vehicles from the Park Honda Group and referred me to you for my CRV purchase. I would like to add that John Livigni was my salesman in November, 2013. He also gave me outstanding service. I continue to refer customers to him because of that.
Please know that my appreciation for people like Mike Detorakis goes far beyond a thank you.
I am more than a "happy customer", I am a customer of the Park Honda Group for life because of being treated so well.

I spent some time researching vehicles on the internet last week and found what I thought was a fair-priced 2011 Honda Pilot in your inventory. Here is the reason why I purchased from Park Honda:

- Katie's immediate response from an internet inquiry created a first impression that Park Honda cared about my business and was well organized and well run
- Beau in sales contacted me right away no voicemail when I called with a follow up question

- quick and helpful responses from Beau to follow up email inquiries

"How impressed I was with the professionalism"

I want you to know how impressed I was with the professionalism of Emily Magner, who I talked with a week or so ago while I was in Ohio for my granddaughter's high school graduation. It is obvious the Honda has a very good training program for their sales persons. I even encouraged my granddaughter to introduce herself to Emily to learn more about opportunities at Honda, as she begins exploring her future. Although I live in Michigan, I have had my Honda Accord serviced at Park several times and have always been satisfied with their service. In fact, I believe my daughter purchased a vehicle from Park Honda, (and may again as she just got rear-ended yesterday on her way home from visiting us). I will suggest she ask for Emily.

Thank you for your email.  I am enjoying the Civic, and I especially like the gas that I am saving!  I appreciate Honda's 'MPG system' that is in place to bring driver awareness in maximizing gas usage.  Excellent! We had a very pleasant experience with Park Honda while shopping for a car. We met the 1st day with Mark Owens and he helped us find the Honda we wanted. (which was about a 3 week process) We test drove 3 different vehicles as Mark kept us informed on all the differences and features in detail, right down to the newer taillight shapes. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way, Mark was very patient and helpful through the entire process. After searching the area for deals we felt that were asked to pay a fair price for the car. We settled with a 2011 Civic which we are very happy with. Once we decided to buy, the transaction was fast and smooth. Since the purchase, Mark and other members of the team have followed up with us to make sure we are happy with our purchase and to address any questions or concerns. Angie from Park Honda contacted me the day after I emailed Park explaining that I was in the market for a Honda Civic. Angie did a great job with a very friendly, professional and no pressure approach to her communication. She was honest and gave me the best lease deal available and worked through the numbers with me. She understood what I was looking for and didn't try to oversell me on something else. She had the car all cleaned up and ready to go when we arrived. Friendly. easy to work with, honest, smart and professional is how I would describe Angie. I will definitely contact Angie on my next Honda purchase. Actually everyone at Park made the actual buying a pleasure. Only took minutes to sign the paperwork (no pressure to buy extra warranties) and we were on our way with the new car!!

"Salesman was wonderful"

A big thank you to Park Honda, Andy Hetler and Mark Owens. Hubby and I checked out the car lot on a Sunday. Made an appointment to look at a car on Monday. Salesman was wonderful. No high pressure. Thought about it for a couple days. We went back to actually talk about ordering the upcoming new-year model with a little something different that wasn't offered on the show room floor. A price was offered. We thought about it for another couple days and did more research. The price was extremely fair and decent. We ordered the car. Just received it a few days ago. Mark took the time to answer all our questions and show us all about the latest technology. Have called the store a few times for some clarity and was answered promptly and courteously. Great buying experience. I love my new CR-V

I purchased a Honda Accord from Park Honda. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the time I walked in the door to picking up the car I was treated very well. My sales professional was Angela Battista. She was very thorough explaining the differences of the vehicles I was considering. I was not pressured at all. I also feel I got a good price on the vehicle. When I did decide she explained the add on accessories that were available. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was detailed and ready to go. She went over the vehicle with me explaining the features. Then the paperwork was ready and Dave Gesualdo went over that with me. I would recommend this dealership and Angela Battista to anybody that is in the market for a vehicle!
