Our pick up drive-through is similar to curbside pick up at a restaurant. Just follow our simple 4 step buying process online, and replace step 4 with pulling into our drive-through in our service lane. All of your paperwork, as well as extended warranty and various options to protect your new vehicle, will be reviewed with you ahead of time via a Zoom call with one of our financial specialists. Your client advisor will be prepared for your appointment ahead of time and will be in the service drive to greet you upon your arrival. Once you pull in, he/she will be ready for you and will assist with completing the paperwork and to answer any questions you have about your new vehicle and to help you pair your Bluetooth, set up your OnStar, and any other technological features your vehicle comes equipped with. Absolutely. Once you select the vehicle you feel fits your wants and needs, you will coordinate with one of our client advisors who will deliver the vehicle to your location for a test drive. We also offer what we call our “LIFESTYLE” test drive option, which gives you the ability to keep the vehicle overnight. this gives you the chance to see how the vehicle fits into your lifestyle without the pressure of having a sales consultant with you. However, all of our advisors are available by a phone call or text to answer any questions you have while you are enjoying your “LIFESTYLE” test drive. Please note that we have taken all the necessary precautions to ensure all vehicles are sanitized prior to delivery, and all of our client advisors are required to wear latex gloves for yours and their safety.
